Here are some pointers to help Nourish Your Face and keep it glowing and wrinkle free for as long as possible : ) This is good advice not just for Women but for Men too!
1 ) Stop the stimulants... Caffeen in tea,coffee and colawill show dark circles, cellulite and a pallid complection.
2 )Avoid alcohol.... alcohol dehydrates your skin, stresses your liver and can show in your skin as a yellow tinge.
3 ) Say No to sugar...Sugar stresses the whole body because it puts strain on the adrenal glands and pancreas. It also links to the clooagen in your skin to make it brittle. So essentally it leads to cellulite and wrinkles.
4 ) Drink more water... If you drink mineral water, change brands every two weeks to get a balance of minerals. Or use a water filter ...for example Kangen Water.
5 )Eat more vitamins... for vitamin C, opt for kiwi fruit, berries, potatoes and sweet potatoes.Fro vitamin A and betacarotene, up your intake of orange and res fruit plus vegetables such as peppers, tomatoes, swede and squash. For vitamin E, eat avocados, nuta and pumpkin seeds.
6 )Boost your intake of minerals...Magnesium, zinc, and selenium, all vital for cell regeneration, that are damaged by smoking and being on the pill.
